Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using LootPad.
1. What LootPad is
LootPad is a non-custodial, decentralized interface to smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain that let anyone create and trade tokens on a bonding curve. LootPad does not take custody of your funds, does not execute trades on your behalf, and cannot access, freeze, or recover your assets. All transactions are initiated and signed by you, from your own wallet.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use this service where you live. You may not use LootPad if you are located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where using it would be unlawful, or where you are subject to sanctions. By using LootPad you represent that none of these restrictions apply to you.
3. No financial advice
Nothing on LootPad is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Information and figures shown (including prices, market caps, and any AI-generated text) are provided as-is and may be inaccurate, delayed, or simulated. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for doing your own research.
4. Risk
Tokens created and traded on LootPad - including memecoins - are extremely high-risk and can lose all value quickly and permanently. Bonding-curve prices move sharply; liquidity can be thin; a token may never graduate; and creators or others may sell at any time. You may lose some or all of the funds you commit. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Never risk more than you can afford to lose entirely.
5. Your wallet and security
You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase, and for every transaction you sign. LootPad will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Losses from phishing, malware, approvals you grant, or user error are your responsibility. Always verify the official contract addresses on our Contracts page before you transact.
6. Fees
A protocol fee of 1% applies to each swap, split among the coin's creator, $LOOT stakers, and the platform, as described on the site and enforced by the smart contracts. Network gas fees are separate and paid to the network. Fees and parameters may change for future launches; changes do not alter coins already trading.
7. No warranties
LootPad is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the interface or contracts will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Smart contracts may contain bugs. Third-party services (wallets, RPC providers, Uniswap, block explorers) are outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LootPad and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the service, the smart contracts, or any token. You use LootPad at your own risk.
9. Prohibited use
You agree not to use LootPad for unlawful activity, market manipulation, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or to infringe others' rights. We may restrict access to the interface at our discretion; the underlying contracts remain permissionless.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
