LootPad is a pool-native token launchpad on Robinhood Chain. Every coin is born inside a real Uniswap V3 pool - visible on every chart and tradeable through every router from block one - and every swap pays a single 1% fee that flows back to the people who make the coin worth something: 50% to its creator, 37.5% to $LOOT stakers, 12.5% to the house.

Every coin born on the open market.
A real Uniswap V3 pool from block one - the bonding curve lives inside it.
Most launchpads simulate a market. They hold your coin inside a synthetic bonding curve that only their own website can see, then - if the coin survives - migrate it to a real exchange in a jarring, snipeable jump. LootPad removes the simulation entirely.
On LootPad, launching a coin creates a real Uniswap V3 pool on Robinhood Chain, and seeds it with a single-sided, coin-only concentrated position that spans the launch price up to the graduation price. That position is the bonding curve. There is no wrapper, no internal ledger, no market maker - just a pool that any charting site, Telegram bot, or DEX router can trade against from its first block.
The pool's 1% fee tier is the protocol's entire fee. It accrues to the launchpad-owned position and splits, permissionlessly, 50% to the coin's creator, 37.5% to $LOOT stakers, and 12.5% to the house - the same split before and after graduation, forever.
When the curve is fully bought through, anyone can graduate the coin: the spent position burns, and the raised ETH plus a reserved 20.7% of supply re-mint as a full-range position owned by an immutable locker with no code path to remove liquidity. Same pool, continuous chart, deeper floor - locked for good.

ways to pull graduated liquidity - the locker has none
The launchpad model was supposed to make token launches fair: no presale, no team allocation, one curve for everyone. In practice, the popular implementations kept the fairness on the label and quietly broke it in four places.

Synthetic curves exist only inside the launchpad's own database and UI. Until migration, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, and trading bots cannot see the coin at all - the most important hours of its life happen in the dark.
Bonding on one venue and re-listing on another kills the chart, resets the pool address, and hands snipers a scheduled, telegraphed entry. Communities lose momentum in the minutes their coin needs it most.
Liquidity that sits behind an admin key, a multisig, or a 'trust us' lock is not a floor - it is a promise. Traders on Robinhood Chain learned the hard way what happens when the promise expires.
On most pads the fee stream bends toward the platform: creators get a one-off crumb or nothing, and holders get nothing at all. The people who create the value are the last to be paid.
"Ever since the old launchpad went down, trenching on Robinhood has been terrible. We need a better Robinhood launchpad."
LootPad is a set of verified contracts on Robinhood Chain that launch, price, and graduate coins entirely inside real Uniswap V3 pools. The launchpad never holds a synthetic balance, never runs an off-chain order book, and never stands between a trader and the market.
Launching creates a real COIN/WETH Uniswap V3 pool. The bonding curve is a concentrated position inside it - not a simulation of one.
1% per swap, split 50 / 37.5 / 12.5 between creator, $LOOT stakers, and house. The split never changes, before or after graduation.
Graduated liquidity is owned by an immutable locker contract with no liquidity-removal code path. It cannot be pulled. Ever.
Every contract is deployed and verified on the block explorer, and the two moves that matter - graduation and fee distribution - are permissionless.
An Arbitrum-stack L2 with ETH-denominated gas and trading. Fees are cents, blocks are fast, and the canonical Uniswap V3 deployment gives every LootPad coin the most battle-tested market structure in DeFi from its first trade.
Every LootPad pool is created on Uniswap V3's 1% fee tier, so the protocol fee and the pool fee are the same thing: there is no extra toll bolted on top of the market. That 1% accrues to the launchpad-owned position and splits the same way on every swap, from the first block to long after graduation.
Half of every fee banks to the creator's claimable on-chain ledger, from the first trade onward. Claim any time - and the ledger can be transferred to a new wallet, so a community takeover inherits the coin's income, not just its ticker.
The community share streams to everyone staking $LOOT, paid in ETH. Stakers hold a pro-rata claim on the fees of every coin on the platform - one stake, the whole floor.
The smallest slice funds the platform itself. The house is paid last and least by design: LootPad only wins when creators and holders win first.
Fees accrue in the pool. Swap fees collect on the launchpad-owned position, exactly as they would for any Uniswap V3 LP - no custom fee plumbing in the trade path.
Anyone can distribute. collectAndDistribute() is permissionless: it collects the position's fees, converts the coin-side to ETH, and pays the 50 / 37.5 / 12.5 split. No one can withhold the stream.
Same split, both eras. Graduation swaps which position the fees accrue to, not who they belong to. The split is identical on the curve and on the locked full-range floor.
Paid in ETH. Creators and stakers are paid in ETH, not in dust-tier coin balances - the fee stream is spendable the moment it lands.
A LootPad launch is one transaction. It deploys the coin as a standard ERC20, creates its COIN/WETH Uniswap V3 pool on the 1% fee tier (fee 10,000, tick spacing 200), and mints a single-sided, coin-only concentrated position that spans the launch price up to the graduation price. Buys swap WETH into the range and walk the price up it; sells walk it back down. No market maker, no oracle, no off-chain anything.
Because the pool is a real, canonical Uniswap V3 pool, the entire tooling world sees the coin the moment it exists. It charts on DexScreener and GeckoTerminal, snipes and sells through Maestro, and routes through any DEX aggregator - the LootPad UI is just the nicest door into a market that belongs to everyone.

Launching costs nothing but gas - a few cents on Robinhood Chain. No listing fee, no deposit, no permission.
An optional dev-buy executes inside the launch transaction itself, so the creator's first position can never be front-run.
Every coin mints a fixed 1,000,000,000 supply. 793,100,000 of it (79.3%) is placed in the pool as the curve; the remaining 206,900,000 (20.7%) is held back for one purpose only - seeding the locked liquidity floor at graduation.
Because the curve is native V3 liquidity, price discovery follows the pool's own math - the same math every arbitrageur, bot, and router on the chain already speaks. Nothing to integrate, nothing to trust.

Graduation is not a migration. It is the same pool, restructured once - from a spent curve into a permanent, locked, full-range floor.
All 793,100,000 curve coins are bought through and the price reaches the graduation tick at the top of the range. The coin has earned its floor.
graduate() is permissionless - the creator, a holder, a bot, anyone. No admin approval, no queue, no discretion. If the curve is spent, the call succeeds.
The spent curve position burns. The raised ETH plus the reserved 206,900,000 coins re-mint as one full-range V3 position - owned by the immutable Locker.
The Locker contract that owns every graduated floor is immutable and has no liquidity-removal code path at all. Not behind an owner key, not behind a timelock, not behind an upgrade - the function to pull liquidity simply does not exist. The floor cannot be rugged because there is nothing to rug it with.
Because it is the same pool before and after, the chart never dies and the pair address never changes. DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, and every bot keep indexing straight through the event; price is continuous; and liquidity is deeper after graduation than before it. There is no scheduled sniper window, because there is no re-listing to snipe.
$LOOT is LootPad's flagship and house token: a fixed 1,000,000,000 supply, immutable, verified on-chain. It is the one token on the platform that does not live on a launch curve - it trades in its own Uniswap v4 pool, where a 1% fee hook feeds its swaps into the very split it benefits from.
Staking is the claim. Stake $LOOT and you receive 37.5% of every coin's swap fees across the whole platform - every launch, every graduation, every day of trading after - streamed in ETH, pro-rata to your stake. No lock-up and no dilution: rewards arrive as ETH, never as freshly minted tokens.
The restricted supply is provable, not promised: the genesis airdrop sits in a renounced drip contract, the treasury vests linearly over a year, and the v4 liquidity is locked with no withdraw path. Addresses for all of it are on the $LOOT page.

Every claim in this paper is checkable against deployed, verified code on the Robinhood Chain block explorer. The two operations that decide whether a launchpad is honest - distributing the fees and graduating the coin - are permissionless, so no one at LootPad can withhold either. The launcher itself is a UUPS proxy for feature velocity, and its current owner is public on-chain at all times.
